Egy éve lassan,hogy a föld másik felére költöztem és megváltozott a munkám és még sok minden. A saját testsúlyos gyakorlatokat hetente kétszer-háromszor mindig nyomtam.Aztán volt vagy két hónap amikor csak a jóga rész volt meg a testmozgásból, meg persze plusz a munkában eltöltött napi 10-12 óra. Mostanra sikerült megszoknom a kötött munkaidőt és a megemelkedett terhelést.Így kezdek visszatérni a folyamatos gyakorlásba. Fölfelé az alapoktól.
